Like many great stories, ours begins with a father and son making hot sauce together at home. Look it up—all the best stories begin with hot sauce. Now, we've upgraded to an AHS-approved commercial kitchen, and we've grown into a successful family business with a wonderful and supportive community of friends, family, and fans across Central Alberta and beyond.
With over 20 years of culinary experience, my passion for food, its origins, and flavor profiles runs deep. Cooking isn't just my profession—it's a family affair! My three kids are my sous-chefs, learning the ropes and creating memories. My son, who started helping out in kindergarten, is now a teenager, and we still enjoy whipping up delicious sauces together.

Inspired by a show we love to watch together, I thought it would be fun to order some hot sauce online. But my son had an even better idea—why not make it ourselves? He was absolutely right, and our homemade hot sauce journey began!
Our very first creation was a buffalo-style mild sauce, and it was a hit with my wife and kids. We shared it with friends and family, who loved it so much they wanted to buy some. That's when we realized we were onto something special. I told my son about the rave reviews, and we decided to make another batch. From those humble beginnings, our small family business was born.
With our artisan handmade hot sauces, quality and ingredients are our top priorities. You'll find they are bursting with flavor and far from your typical hot sauce. Our First Experimentation
We started crafting and sharing our hot sauce, driven by the encouragement and support of our family and friends. Their inspiration keeps us motivated to continue.

Paula and Dave from Last Chance Saloon were big fans of our artisan hot sauces. They suggested we set up a pop-up stand outside the saloon to let people sample our creations. The response was fantastic!

We held our inaugural Spicy Wing Challenge at Waynestock in Wayne, AB, and it was a huge hit!
Our first award
Our Honey Cherry Chipotle sauce triumphed with a 3rd place YOW! Award at Heating Up The Capital in Ottawa!
now we're on fire
Our Cowboy Candy clinched a 1st place YOW! Award for "Best Condiment in Canada" at Heating Up The Capital in Ottawa! Our Honey Cherry Chipotle followed closely, winning 2nd place at the same event. Additionally, our Hockey sauce secured 2nd place at Heating Up The Prairies.

Most of our sauces are gluten free. However, our Hockey and Gochujang do contain gluten.
Yes! All of our sauces are vegan!
The pH of our sauces range from 3.5 to 3.7
